Masooma Syed

Master and Man is a whimsical assemblage made with silver, copper, brass, paper, paint, and ostrich feather. This work recalls old theatre sets and the magical world of stage. It is a strong example of Syed’s small-scale, theatrical worlds, which she nimbly constructs by bringing together interesting materials to create evocative scenes.
